Our laboratories provide germination, phisycal purity, weed screening, pathology, electrophoresis and micro propagation services to ensure a proper final product. Upholding our promise to achieve the highest seed quality, we maintain fully equipped facilities in order to deliver germation tested and disease free products. Electrophoresis is performed upon customer request, to certify the seed purity. Pathology: Our pathology staff places its efforts in the field as well as in laboratory detection of diseases. We are able to perform virus, bacteria and fungi detection, focusing mainly on seed borne diseases. Elisa tests as well as hypersensibility tests, pathogenicity tests on hosts, and differential and selective media pathogen growth are standard tests in our laboratories.   Germination and Physical Purity: All seed lots are tested for Germination and Physical Purity. The tests are performed according to ISTA as well as AOSA Rules Methods. Electrophoresis: Isoenzimes and Total Proteins (IEF technique) performed from living tissue and dry seed according to necessity, to certify the genetic purity of the seed produced.
